Have interest in finding a place to store your photos from all your devices. This is a beginner / intermediate class in exploring online storage for your photos in a digital world.
If bringing your phone or tablet, you must bring the charger, and your password to either the Google Play Store or Apple Store, if needed. Both Android and iPhones are welcome, as well as PC owners who just want to store their photos through their computer.
Where is the family going to find all the photos you have taken if you can't find them yourself? In this digital age, there are no more shoe boxes of hard copies of photos. So what are my alternatives. this class will explore the two most popular, iCloud and Google Photos. If you use an iPad,or iPhone how can you use iCloud to store all of your photos or should you use Google Photos? The first part of the class will be demonstrations of both storage options with questions and answers to your questions about each one. Pricing or no pricing plans will be also explained. Transferring the photos, which is perhaps the most important aspect of archiving photos, will be discussed in detail.
